JONIEC® launches new products every year, developed and implemented by its own staff of experts. The continuous improvement and creation of new concrete products is possible thanks to the use of modern technologies. Constant observation of changing fashions and tastes allows us to offer products that adapt to current architectural trends.

The technology used in the production process that properly compacts and sets the concrete. This has a major impact on the characteristics of the product, such as low water absorption, frost resistance, compressive strength and other requirements specified in Polish and European standards. The use of this technology also has a great impact on the visual effect of the products. The structure of the material is compact and the colour is uniform.

The final processing of concrete. The products are subjected to the process of splitting on the most modern splitting machines obtaining a surface imitating split sandstone. Each block subjected to this technology acquires its own unique appearance and, importantly, there are no repeated fragments of block or tile surfaces.

The technology brings out the grain of the concrete on the external surface of the block, giving it a gritty character.

A unique method of treating concrete products, introduced as a novelty on the Polish market. The result of using SCRATCH technology is a unique, delicately striated surface texture, modelled on chiseled and pointed rock blocks, as well as an effect imitating the influence of natural forces and the passing of time.

A technology for levelling the surface of fence blocks, which makes laying successive layers of posts and foundations easier and quicker.

A technology whereby each fence block has the same height. This eliminates the stage of sanding the blocks on site, which significantly speeds up the time and cost of building the fence.

An effect obtained during production characterised by the fact that each block is coloured differently. This makes it possible to create unique colour melanges.

Guaranteed colour fastness

The technology of colouring the concrete mixture from which the fence blocks are manufactured. Each block is coloured in its entire mass, which means that minor scratches or damage occurring on the surface of the fence during use are not visible.
